2024 Annual Meeting

Hotel Room Reservations – Open Now to January 31, 2024

A hotel block is available at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center.  Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. 

Group rate of $135/night will be available until 6 p.m. on January 31^st.
